Warranty Replacement and & Warranty Repair Service
Motor parts limited warranty on manufacturer defects is one-year from date of purchase. AC-DC Adapter warranty is 30 days.
Request Warranty Repair or Replacement:
1. Email us at info@add-a-motor.com. Describe the problem. If possible, include a photograph or video taken with a cell phone is fine.
2. On rear of motor housing is a product label. At bottom of the label on the left and right sides are numbers. Please furnish those numbers.
We will respond with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Request Old Motor Repair Quote:

We will respond with a repair quote. Repairs range from $19.95 to $49.95.
Install a replacement part yourself:
Installation is usually very simple. We designed all our motors so the average person could service them if needed. You can find-out which part your motor needs and how to install it by clicking the troubleshooting link located on the left.
